Pay Your Bills Promotion

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2.Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Pays Your Bills Promotion (the "Promotion") is open to South Carolina residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry, with a valid South Carolina driver's license ("Contestants"). Employees of Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a WHZT-FM ("Station") and its affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. Employees of other Greenville/Spartanburg/Anderson radio stations and of each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer-assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. Contest period. The Promotion begins at 5:01 p.m. (EDT) on March 31, 2008 and ends at the sooner of 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on May 6, 2008 or when a maximum of $21,000 has been given away (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter and Play. Contestants can enter by sending copies of any current bill ("Entry") for any lawful debt or payment obligation of $500 or less to the Station by fax, mail or hand delivery. A current bill is defined as the amount due on the next payment subject to a limit of $500. Example: The balance owed on an auto loan is $20,000 and the current amount due is $500. In this case, the bill will qualify as an Entry and $500 would be the prize amount if the Entry is selected as a Winner.

Station will combine all Entries and randomly draw one Entry 2 times daily Monday- Friday at various times. Contestants will have nine minutes and eight seconds to call the Station after their name is drawn to be declared a winner. If the Contestant does not call back in 9 minutes and 8 seconds, there will be no winner for the applicable drawing and the Station will declare a new time for the next drawing. The process will repeat until the end of the Promotion Period.

All Entries must identify an eligible Contestant as the payee and must include the Contestant's name, address and telephone number. All account numbers, social security numbers and other personal information should be removed (blacked out) before you send or deliver your Entry.

Hand delivery: Drop off in person Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 220 North Main St., Suite 402, Greenville, SC 29601.

All Entries become the property of Station and none will be returned. Please do not send original bills.

How to play: Listen to Murph Dawg in the Morning Monday through Friday at 7:45 a.m. for contest times. Listen to HOT 98.1 at the specified time for your name to be announced. If your name is called, you have 9 minutes and 8 seconds to call HOT 98-1 at 1-866-NEW-HOT981 or 864-421-9810 to claim the prize, subject to compliance with the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules.

You may enter the Promotion as often as you like but only one (1) prize per person and per household up to a maximum of $500 will be awarded during the Promotion.

Sponsor will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a Contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to WHZT-FM during a call-in period of the Promotion and prior to accepting the winning caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each Contestant whose name is called and calls back in the allotted amount of time, 9 minutes and 8 seconds, will be declared the winner. In the event that multiple Contestants with the same name call to claim a prize, the Station will award the prize only to the Contestant who submitted the Entry that is selected in the applicable drawing.

Each winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible Entries previously received and placed into the drawing pool. 6. Prizes and Odds. Prizes will vary based on the value of each bill selected. A maximum of $500 will be paid to any winning bill selected with a maximum of $21,000 in cash awarded over the entire Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. There will be at least 2 contest plays daily Monday-Friday during the contest period.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Sponsor will notify winners during their initial telephone call to WHZT-FM and prizes will be awarded upon verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes may only be picked up by winners who have a valid South Carolina driver's license. Prize must be picked up by winner within 30 days of winning date or prize will be forfeited. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of sender's postmark. Failure to timely sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Any telephone calls placed to the NEW HOT 98-1 call-in line may be recorded for use on air any time. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. 8. Participation. By participating, Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event that the Promotion is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

9. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. 10. Sponsor. The Pay Your Bills Promotion is sponsored by Cox Radio, Inc. The decisions of Sponsor and Promotion judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Promotion, shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Promotion.
