1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. To enter, watch FOX Carolina (WHNS) Friday Night Blitz Friday's between10:45 and 11:30pm. A VIDEO announcement will give viewer's that night's clue. Viewers then must listen to HOT 98.1 during "The Sleaze" for their cue to call in with Friday's clue. Sweepstakes begins 8/25/06 and ends 10/27/06. One prize per person and per household.

3. Entrants must be legal residents of NC, SC or GA and 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of FOX Carolina (WHNS), Meredith Corporation and Cox Radio; their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible. Winners of a prize from FOX Carolina (WHNS) within the past thirty (30) days from the beginning date of this sweepstakes are not eligible.

4. All winner selections are under the supervision of FOX Carolina (WHNS). All decisions of FOX Carolina (WHNS) regarding winner selection and this sweepstakes are final. Winners will be notified at time of call and prize delivered on or about 10/27/06.

5. 10 prizes will be awarded. Each winner(s) will receive:

One PSP gaming device. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all other trip expenses. No substitutions or cash in lieu of prize, except at discretion of FOX Carolina (WHNS). Approximate retail value of grand prize is $300.

6. Odds of winning depend on the number and timing of eligible calls received.

7. Entry constitutes permission for FOX Carolina (WHNS) to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding this sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of FOX Carolina (WHNS) and Meredith Corporation without compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner, and where applicable, travel companion, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity unless prohibited by law, within two days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim prize, fails to comply with all rules, is unable to travel on dates of prize or attend event on prize date or fails to respond to the winner notification, the selected winner is disqualified and the prize is forfeited. If forfeited, another winner will be selected from among the eligible entries by random drawing. Subject to all U.S. federal, NC, SC and GA state and local laws and regulations.
