Jay-Z is looking to add a big diamond to his investment portfolio -- a baseball diamond, that is. In an interview with London's "Time Out" magazine, the rapper says he's currently talking to people about purchasing a stake in Major League Baseball's New York Yankees. The New York-born MC admits, quote, "I love the Yankees." He said the deal was presented just days ago, adding, quote, "I'm in the middle of following that through." Jay-Z is a part-owner of the NBA's New Jersey Nets franchise. He was instrumental in getting the team to relocate to Brooklyn, New York. The team is scheduled to make the move in 2010.
