Bill of Rights
Each registered voter in this state has the right to:
Vote and have his or her vote accurately counted.
Cast a vote if he or she is IN LINE when the polls close at 8:00 p.m.
Receive assistance in voting if so listed in the register or is visibly handicapped.
Show proof of identity by presenting a photo ID.
May be required to fill out an address confirmation form.
Complete and sign an affidavit in order to vote, if his or her registration is in question.
An explanation if his or her registration is in question.
Vote free from coercion or intimidation by elections officers or any other person.
Vote on a voting system that is in working condition and that will allow votes to be accurately cast.
A MAXIMUM OF 3 MINUTES IN THE VOTING MACHINE.
Bring a sample ballot into the voting booth.
